Cavatelli Maker.
These wonderful little pasta machines went off the market for a while, but they're back. Nana would be very proud! This clever little machine allows you to feed it ribbons of dough, and as you crank the handle, it produces delicate dumplings of pasta, resembling gnocchi. It's really easy to do, and fun for kids to help. We find that if you hold a little tension on the dough as it feeds the machine, the cavatelli come out better formed. |
