The best cannoli are those made at home. The best were made by my Aunt Pina, but you can do them just as good with FGpizza's cannoli forms.

Simply cut a 3-inch circle of dough, wrap it around a tube and drop it in the oil. Once cooled, the tube is removed to add filling. Made of stainless steel.

Measures 5 1/2" long by 7/8" wide. Set of 4.

What are San Marzano Tomatoes? Why San Marzano Tomatoes?

From Wikipedia:

San Marzano tomatoes, a variety of plum tomatoes, are considered by many chefs to be the best sauce tomatoes in the world. The story goes that the first seed of the San Marzano tomato came to Campania in 1770, as a gift from the Kingdom of Peru to the Kingdom of Naples and that it was planted in the area that corresponds to the present commune of San Marzano. They come from a small town of the same name near Naples, Italy and were first grown in volcanic soil in the shadow of Mount Vesuvius. The volcanic soil is believed to act as a filter for water impurities. Compared to the Roma Tomatoes with which most people are familiar, San Marzano tomatoes are thinner and pointier in shape. The flesh is much thicker with fewer seeds, and the taste is much stronger, more sweet and less acidic. Many people describe the taste as bittersweet, like high-quality chocolate. Because of their high quality and origins near Naples, San Marzano tomatoes have been designated as the only tomatoes that can be used for Vera Pizza Napoletana (True Neapolitan Pizza).

We have been asked for this item ever since our Oven Video came out on YOUtube.

Our pizza cutting board is the most-used item at our pizza parties. EVERY pizza gets cut on it, and pizza is either served from it or slid off of it onto the perfect serving tray.

Our pizza cutting board peels are made in the USA from wood materials that leave a low-carbon footprint and ECO-friendly. This oil has won many awards but none are as impressive as the approval of my family. Gail, Natalia and I truly love this oil and can vouch for its quality.

The Asaro family has been producing this wonderful liquid gold in Partanna, Sicily (Italy) since 1916. It has won 2 Gold Medals and 1 Best of Class at L.A. County Fair.

This extra virgin mono-varietal olive oil is only made with "Nocellara del Belice" olives from the province of Trapani, Sicily. The Nocellara del Belice gives it a very rich flavor profile with notes of artichokes & almonds and a peppery finish.

The cute little cans are decorated with a colorful scenery of Sicily and showcasing the cartina al' Siciliana. Its slow-pour spout is a great feature to this beautiful little package.

The Asaro Family only produces this filtered extra virgin olive oil, in October. Its very low acidity (typically around 0.3%) and while a very versatile oil, its quality becomes very evident when used for dipping and finishing.

You can hang this traditional dried herb in your kitchen for easy access. Crumble the precious dried leaves directly to your pizza, salads, sauces, etc.

Air drying herbs is the best way to dry herbs - the slow drying process doesn't deplete the herb of its oils.

We have found a professional fabric that works very well for dough fermentation. It allows the loaves to breath without drying. It's light weight... and even washable! (although I never wash mine).

This material offers a new and hygienic solution for bread-fermentation cloth. The advantages are: the material does not fray, or shrink if washed. It is very flexible, lightweight and naturally resistant to mold.

This is the most important part... it's approved and compliant with food safety standards.
